Tunisian insurers back in business

Tunisian insurance companies have resumed their activities on 4 May 2020. The policyholders who have benefited from an extension of the validity of their motor insurance contract, from 22 March to 3 May 2020, are called upon to contact their company to retrieve the new insurance certificates.

In order to comply with the social-distancing measures, the deadlines for the above operation are set as follows:

• Individuals whose vehicles have an even number plate may obtain their certificate from 4 to 14 May 2020.
• Individuals whose vehicles have an odd number plate may be granted their certificate from 15 to 31 May 2020.
