Willis Group purchases Gras Savoye

Willis Group buys Gras Savoye Willis Group, one of the leading London brokers, is planning to acquire, by the end of December 2015, 70% of the capital of its French competitor Gras Savoye.

Willis already has a 30% stake in the same broker. The English broker will pay 510 million EUR (547 million USD) to complete the transaction.

This merger will create a leading player in brokerage, with a presence in 131 countries.
