For the first time in nine years, the motor third party liability rates will decline on average by 6.9% in Japan. This decision made by the supervisory authorities comes as a result of the reduction in the number of road accidents. The generalization of cars equipped with automatic braking systems is one of the main causes of the decline in motor claims.
