Oct 2017 According to the observatory of the evolution of insurance business(OEMA), the number of employees in the insurance sector amounted to 146 200 as at December 31, 2016.
Almost 94% of work contracts are permanent ones. There has been a significant improvement in the university level of staff. The percentage of recruitment of graduates (having a 5-year university level), which barely exceeded 30% in 2010, has increased to 40% six years later.
The rate of employees'access to training has also increased. In 2016, 80.5% of employees received at least one training session.
