2 758 companies operating in the insurance industry may lose their "European passport"

According to a recent report of the British markets supervisor, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), 5500 British companies, 2758 of which are operating in the insurance industry, risk losing their "European passport" following The Brexit.

Since the result of the 24 June 2016 referendum, the major international institutions based in the United Kingdom have been considering alternative plans to pursue their activities in Europe.
