2007 Results of Oasis

Specialised in non-life insurance, Oasis has reported a turnover of 277.15 million NGN (2.3 million USD) in 2007 against 292.80 million NGN (2,5 million USD) in 2006. Backed by excellent financial results, the net profit of the 2007 fiscal year amounted to 184 million NGN (1.5 million USD). The shareholders' equity has risen from 735 million NGN (6.3 million USD) in 2006 to 3. 465 billion NGN (29.8 million USD) in 2007.
In view of raising its capital to 5 billion NGN (43 million USD), Oasis is going to propose a public writing of 500 million new shares.
