49.3% increase in turnover of Libano-Arabe

The company Libano-Arabe has reported a turnover of 51.5 million USD in 2007, against 34.5 million USD in 2006, that is, a 49,3% increase. During the same year, the net profit amounts to 6.7 million USD against 5.5 million USD in 2006, that is, a 21.6% growth.

With a turnover of 32.4 million USD in life insurance, the company climbs from fifth to third position on the Lebanese market where it detains 11.6% of the shares.

As to the non-life business, whose turnover amounts to 19.1 million USD, Libano-Arabe has regressed from ninth to tenth rank with 4% of market shares.
