51 Ferraris destroyed following Typhoon Jebi

Typhoon Jebi, which took place in September 2018 in Japan, caused enormous material and human damage.

The material damage recorded will be costly for Japanese insurers. Among the victims is a dealer of the Ferrari brand whose premises were devastated. Of the 53 luxury vehicles stored, 51 Ferraris were totally destroyed by the cyclone.

According to preliminary estimates, the loss would be worth more than 9 million USD. Only vehicles benefitting from the cyclone guarantee will be compensated by insurers.
