737 Max case: Boeing’s on-going woes

Boeing 737Boeing’s troubles continue to accumulate. Plane parks have become a major concern. The American manufacturer that grounded nearly 500 737 Max aircraft is facing a real challenge to park its planes.

According to the Bloomberg website, about 100 of these planes are stuck in a factory in Washington State. A consequent overload caused the company to use its employees' parking lots for the aircrafts.

This situation generates huge costs. Boeing has to deal with the compensation claimed by the families of the victims, the maintenance costs of the planes, the costs of flights’ cancellations or the loss of income caused by delays in delivery. A hefty bill that could reach billions of dollars.
