A collective complaint for sexual discrimination

Being denied promotion and for reasons of underpayment, six female employees at Dresdner Kelinworth Wasserstein, the American subsidiary of Allianz, have filed a collective complaint against their employer for sexual discrimination at the New York tribunal. The plaintiffs are claiming over one billion USD in damages and interests.
