A mediator to expedite claim settlements

As of January 1, 2016, a mediation device will be set up between customers and insurance companies. This system has been designed to improve relations between the different parties involved in a claim and also to smoothen settlements of compensation claims.

This approach is going to spare insured systematic recourse to tribunals. This system applies to claims above 5 000 MAD (500 USD), not yet subject to judicial litigation. Mediation is free of charge for cases whose sums are below 50 000 MAD (5 000 USD).
