A ministerial decree to determine the nature of recent events

By virtue of the May 2, 2011 decree, the Ministry of Finance characterized the events in Tunisia from December 17, 2010 to January 31, 2011 to be strikes, riots and civil commotion.
This decision puts an end to the often contradictory interpretations made by the various market participants about the nature of these events
