A record fine for the Italian association of insurance companies (ANIA)

The Association of Italian National Insurance Companies (ANIA) has been convicted by the authority in charge of competition control and ordered to pay a record fine of 2.2 million EUR (2.66 million USD) for illicit arrangement during reimbursement of motor damages.
