United Kingdom, Admiral Group chairman offers 10 million USD to his employees

In his retirement, Henry Engelhardt, CEO and co-founder of the insurance group Admiral Group has donated 7 million GBP (10 million USD) to all of his 8 300 staff members, that is an average of 1 000 GBP ( 1448 USD) per person.

"It is a sign of recognition for the work and the team spirit which are behind the success of Admiral that started from scratch to become a company valued at 5 billion GBP (7.24 billion USD) "he explained.

In addition to this initiative, employees of the British company specializing in car insurance were granted, for 2015, bonus shares worth 3600 GBP (6734 USD) per person.
