Aetna's board approves the sale to CVS Health

After several months of negotiations, the board of directors of the American health insurer Aetna has approved its acquisition by the chain of pharmacies CVS Health.

Remember that the US justice has prevented early 2017, the rapprochement between Aetna and its competitor Humana.
