Lachen Talibi has joined Africa Re (Casablanca office) as chief underwriter in charge of facultative business and treaties for the Maghreb area. A graduate from INSEA (Institute of statistics and applied economics) Rabat, L. Talibi has a 17-year experience in SCR and CNIA Saada.
