AGF withdraws from Astree’s capital

The French insurer AGF has announced the stock transfer of its shares in Astrée's company capital, which represent 42.08% for the sum of 20.53 million TND (16.7 million USD). Following the withdrawal of one of the company's founders, the Banque de Tunisie, has become Astrée's main shareholder with a 53% share of the capital.
