AIO 47th conference officially postponed

The 47^th AIO Conference and annual general meeting, initially scheduled from 31 May to 3 June 2020, is officially postponed to 3 -7 October 2020 and shall be held in Lagos, Nigeria.

Consequently, the participation fees already paid by the delegates, are to be carried forward to the next meeting in October,2020. The AIO has also taken the following decisions:

• The 2020 African Reinsurance Forum is delayed to 2021 and will be held in Kigali, Rwanda. The 2020 edition has been cancelled.
• The African Reinsurance Forum initially planned to take palce in Lome, Togo in 2021 will eventually be held in 2022 in the same city.
