Allianz growing in Togo

Allianz has been present in Togo for about fifteen years. The country is undergoing a steady population growth while its economic activity is promoting the emergence of a middle class. Insurable matter has been on the rise and so has the perception about the usefulness of insurance among the population.

This environment has provided interesting development perspectives to insurers including Allianz which has recently inaugurated a new agency at Adigodogmé, a suburb of Lomé. Allianz Togo posted, in 2015, a turnover of 2 billion FCFA (3.3 million USD) in non life insurance.
