Already 23.5 million USD paid for flood victims

According to managers of insurance companies, since 23 December 2013, 23.5 million USD were paid in emergency to flood victims - between 800 and 5000 USD up to each insured.
Note that in addition to these claims payments, insurers also pay 40 million USD for home accomodation of the victims.
