AMI Assurances: Share capital increase

AMI Assurances has increased its capital to 17 847 756 TND (6 466 400 USD). The operation will be carried out through the incorporation of reserves. It will result in the issue of 17 847756 bonus shares, with a nominal value of 1 TND (0.362 USD) each, on the basis of 27 new shares for 35 old shares.

The company's share capital thus went from 23 135 980 TND (8 382 370 USD) to 40 983 736 TND (14 848 800 USD). The shares are to be paid up as of 24 November 2020.

Such capital increase follows a decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 5 June 2020.
