An electronic platform for insurance claims

The insurance and social welfare control authority (ACAPS) is putting online an electronic platform for insurance claims.

Accessible through the site "www.acaps.ma", the solution allows policyholders to file their complaints and track the progress of their cases online.

To this end, ACAPS has signed an agreement with local insurance companies to facilitate information exchange and complaint handling procedures.
