Aon will disburse 78 million USD for Glenrand M.I.B

AON is willing to acquire the brokerage and consulting company Glenrand MIB. The transaction is estimated at 523 million ZAR (78 million USD). An additional amount of 75 million ZAR (11 million USD) remains outstanding. It depends on the outcome of the lawsuits lodged in 2006. This move will make AON South Africa the market’s leading broker.
