Aon-Willis merger: towards the sale of Gras Savoye

Gras SavoyeAs the merger between Aon and Willis Towers Watson requires the approval of the European Commission, the two partners plan to sell, among other activities, Gras Savoye, the French market leading broker.

The two brokerage giants aim to split sale Gras Savoye: the life and health insurance business will be held by the merged entity while the property and casualty activity shall be sold.
