- Recording all claims in the claims register
- Reviewing Cheque requisition to enhance the claims process
- Initiating the claim process as the service level agreement
- Initiating the processing of benefits as per SLA
- Attending to walk – in clients
- Acknowledging all claim notifications within 24 hours
- Ensuring that cheques are delivered to clients within the set out SLA
- Responding to customers’ requests and queries via email, phone and letters
- Maintaining accurate records pertaining to claims (creating files, storage and retrieval)
- Compiling quarterly re-assurance claims and re-assurance recoveries
- Preparing Internal and External Audit/Actuarial data
