      • Recording all claims in the claims register
      • Reviewing Cheque requisition to enhance the claims process
      • Initiating the claim process as the service level agreement
      • Initiating the processing of benefits as per SLA
      • Attending to walk – in clients
      • Acknowledging all claim notifications within 24 hours
      • Ensuring that cheques are delivered to clients within the set out SLA
      • Responding to customers’ requests and queries via email, phone and letters
      • Maintaining accurate records pertaining to claims (creating files, storage and retrieval)
      • Compiling quarterly re-assurance claims and re-assurance recoveries
      • Preparing Internal and External Audit/Actuarial data
