Appointment of Alice Holzman: AXA France achieves gender equality

Alice Holzman, currently CEO of the mobile bank Ma French Bank, has been appointed customer manager and member of the executive committee of AXA France.

The appointment is effective as of 1 April 2022. With the hiring of Alice Holzman, the French insurer has achieved gender equality in its executive team.

The company's executive committee now comprises twelve members, among which six men and six women:

• Élise Bert Leduc: Chairman and CEO of Direct Assurance
• Guillaume Borie: deputy general manager of AXA France and general manager of AXA IARD et Partenariats
• Gilbert Chahine: General Manager of AXA Epargne Retraite et Prévoyance Individuelle
• Diane Deperrois : General Manager of AXA Santé et Collectives
• Clémence Gastaldi Serisé : General Manager of AXA Life and Health International Solutions (A.L.H.I.S.)
• David Guillot de Suduiraut: Head of digital transformation and data
• Estelle Guyon Abinal: Secretary General
• Alice Holzman: Customer Manager, AXA France
• Bertrand Poupart-Lafarge: Deputy General Manager of AXA France and Chief Financial Officer
• Clément Rouxel: Head of Strategy, Engagement and Communications
