ARCA: Circular on direct insurance abroad and with unlicensed companies

The Insurance Regulatory and Control Authority (ARCA) of the Democratic Republic of Congo has published a new circular on direct insurance abroad, and with unlicensed companies. The objective is to recall the provisions relating to Article 286 of Law 15/005 dated 17 March 2015 in case of non-compliance with the insurance code.

ARCA has also published a press release listing the names of the insurance companies and brokers that are licensed or authorized to operate in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
