Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the insurance sector

The French publishing company LexisNexis has just published a survey on the impact of artificial intelligence on claims management. Entitled "Futur of Claims Study", the survey reveals that 75% of the interwiewees believe that the generalization of autonomous cars will revolutionize the functioning of insurance in the next three years.

Upon the occurrence of a loss, the smart car would be able to report the accident immediately, contact the hospital or repair services, assess the damage, calculate the amount of compensation and instantly compensate the insured.

Tasks that require, in the best case, between 10 and 15 working days. Seeking responsibility will, for its part, not longer be mentioned. It will not exist anymore.
