Assurances AMI increases its capital

ssurances AMI has proceeded with an increase of its share capital from 13.2 million to 18.5 million TND (6.5 to 9.1 million USD). This move took place from December 11 to 25, 2015 with the issuance of 5.3 million shares at 6.250 TND (3.1 USD) corresponding to a nominal amount of 1 TND (0.49 USD) and an issuance premium of 5.250 TND (2.6 USD). The current shareholders and the assignees of underwriting rights in the stock market have the advantage of access to this offer.
