Assurances AMI is getting listed

The insurance company AMI is studying the possibility of changing its legal status, transitioning from a mutual company to a limited company. This move requires the submission of an application to the regulatory authorities. The status change will be followed by a capital increase and the introduction of a new Tunisian or foreign strategic partner. Only at the end of the transformation process will the company be able to be listed.
AMI hopes to complete all the formalities during 2013. This change will be preceded by the inauguration of the new headquarters of the company located at the Berges du Lac in Tunis.
