Assurances Bleues are targeting a new client approach

Assurances Bleues, the country’s most ancient insurer ever, is adopting a new marketing strategy. The insurer has proposed better reception quality, shortening claims payment periods along with new products. This move is designed to better meet customer expectations. The company has reported a 20% growth of its premiums volume during the recent three years. Established in 1969 under the name Caisse Nationale d’Assurance et de Réassurance du Mali (CNAR), the company is underwriting non-life, property and health insurance.
