Tunisia: Assurances Salim, good performance in 2015

Assurances Salim, a subsidiary of Banque de l’Habitat has published its financial results as at 31 December 2015. The net profit of the company increased by 11.8%, going from 5.4 million TND(2.7 million USD) to 6.1 million TND (3 million USD).

The written and accepted premiums recorded a strong growth. They amounted to 61.5 million TND (30.4 million USD) against 50.1 million TND (24.8 million USD) in 2014, that is an increase of 22.7%.

The shareholders' equity went, meanwhile, from 39.3 million TND (19.4 million USD) to 42.8 million TND (21.2 million USD) in 2015.
