ASTREE: appointment of two independent administrators

Sami Zghal and Mohamed Trifa are joining the board of directors of the insurance and reinsurance company ASTREE as independent administrators for a duration of three years (2021-2022- 2023).

S. Zghal is also a member of the board of directors of BH Bank and Zitouna Capital. He has more than 16 years of experience with the Allianz Group where he held several management positions in Paris and Bahrain.

Mr. Trifa is, for his part, a former retiree of the Banque de Tunisie (BT).
