ATI’s 2016 profits

African Trade Insurance Agency, (ATI), posted in late 2016, 649 million KES (6.4 million USD) in net result, a 36% increase in comparison with 2015. Trade exchange and secure investments amounted to 405 billion KES (4 billion USD) for the same year.

The company’s officials attribute this good performance to the increase of business opportunities in all ATI member States.

Set up in 2001 by African states, ATI has been designed to cover commercial risks and corporate investments for the companies operating in Africa.
