Aviva sells its life insurance business in Italy

AVIVAAviva sold its entire 80% stake in the Italian life insurance joint venture: Aviva Vita, to Ubi Banca. The latter is included among the four activities of the British insurer in Italy. The transaction was concluded for 400 million EUR (474.66 million USD).
