Algeria: Axa Algérie implements a new claims management procedure

In order to reduce compensation deadlines and develop close relations with its policyholders; Axa Algérie has introduced a new claims management process.

With the setting up of a telephone platform, subscribers will, henceforth report their claims remotely.

This tool also allows for online loss adjustments.
Starting from May 1st, 2016, this new service will be extended to all Axa Algérie's agencies.
