Axa and gender parity

Axa published on March 1, 2017 its new strategic plan "Objectif Equilibre 2020". Unveiled a few days before the celebration of the International Women's Day, this roadmap aims essentially at promoting the female potential, both internally and externally.

The French insurer has planned to increase the proportion of women in the "senior management" workforce to 45% by 2020. This rate, which stood at 18% in 2006, rose to 37% in the first quarter of 2017.

On the external front, Axa is targeting the increase the percentage of its female clientele from 39% to 50% over the next three years.

Finally, the group has launched a new product designed for women. Named "Ma famille protégée (my protected family"), this cover ensures the continuity of the professional activity of women.
