AXA Assurance Maroc sells its subsidiary AXA Crédit

AXAAXA Assurance Maroc has sold its subsidiary AXA Crédit, a specialist in consumer credit, to the Moroccan startup Chari.

The transaction is worth 22 million USD. The deal is yet to be approved by the competent authorities.
