Axa Maroc to increase its capital

AXA logoThe Moroccan insurer Axa is increasing its capital through the issuance of 58 951 965 shares, dedicated to its employees.

Are concerned by this operation, employees of all the group's subsidiaries in Morocco, namely Axa Assurance Maroc, Axa Assistance Maroc, Axa Assistance Maroc Services, Axa training and professional development institute, Axa Crédit, Carré Assurance Maroc, Société de gestion et de surveillance (SGS), Axa Global Services Morocco Branch, Axa France IARD, Axa France Vie and Avanssur.

Launched on August 26, 2019, the "Shareplan 2019" operation offers Axa employees, in France and abroad, to subscribe to a capital increase. Nearly 100 000 employees in 40 countries are involved in the "Shareplan 2019".
