AXA might sell its Singapore business

AXAAXA is considering the sale of its Singapore entity. For the time being, no final decision has been made by the French group’s executives.

AXA Singapore, which provides both life and non-life products, could be of interest to a number of competitors seeking to develop their portfolios in Southeast Asia.

For the record, the French insurer merged its two Singaporean life and non-life entities in 2017. AXA Singapore has recorded a turnover of 723 million USD in 2019.
