AXA, strategic partnership with Bao Minh Insurance

Within the framework of a strategic partnership agreement brokered with Bao Minh Insurance Corporation, the French insurer AXA is going to get 16.6% in the shares of Bao Minh's capital for the sum of 54 million EUR (76 million USD). Bao Minh is the Vietnamese property insurance market's second player with 21% of the market shares.
