Axa Tech parts way with its Indian subsidiary
Axa Tech, the subsidiary of Axa tasked with the development of the insurance group’s IT infrastructure is intent on reducing staff. Talks are currently underway to part way with Indian subsidiary AXA Technologies Shared Services. The latter is going to be ceded to a service provision company specialized in computer services and based in Bangalore.
The AXA Technologies Shared Services accounts for a quarter of the 3 500 staff members of AXA Tech throughout the world. The very substantial turnover was reflected into very expensive training and recruitments costs.
