Axa unveils a new service center to customers

Axa Gulf, one of the leading Middle East insurers, has announced the opening of a second service centre to its customers located in Dubai Internet City. This new office, inaugurated in mid April, has been designed to consolidate the company’s support functions. The insurer’s customers may, therefore, stop at the same representative to benefit from a package of assistance services designed for companies or individual customers: claim management, policies renewal, quotes, various kinds of information and documents. This support is also available over the telephone and via internet.
