Bahrain is hosting an insurance forum

 The 2010 Middle East Insurance Forum has taken place on February 6 and 7, 2010 in Manama. The topics addressed during the conference pertain to the international crisis as well as to the new risks and opportunities on the Middle Eastern market. The low insurance penetration rate in the region will also be on the agenda. Among the speakers were, Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, Chief Executive Officer of Axa Insurance Gulf, André Arrago, chairmanof Hannover Retakaful Bahrain and Robert Peilow, managing directorof Willis for the Middle East.
