BBK is keen to become the major shareholder of BKIC

The Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) intends to increase its sharetaking (now 7%) in the capital of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (BKIC), in order to become a majority shareholder of the company.
