Berkshire Hathaway Speciality Insurance (BHSI) opens new offices in Australia.
Based in Sydney, headed by Chris Colahan, the new structure intends to underwrite in the non life insurance, marine and financial risks.

The arrival of BHSI, which is positioned as a direct competitor to large insurers already installed in this market segment, should have positive consequences for the insured, such as rate reductions.
