BH Assurance celebrates its second anniversary since its rebranding

BH AssuranceIn December 2019, Assurances Salim adopted a new name to become BH Assurance. This rebranding was accompanied by the launch of the company's new website: https://bh-assurance.com/.

The Tunisian insurer developed, in April 2020, "WININTI", the first mobile application on the Tunisian insurance market. The platform allows its members to consult their insurance contracts, track claims and pay premiums online.

In 2021, the BH Assurance website recorded nearly 50 000 visits. More than 15 000 accounts have been created on WININTI while 5 000 customers have underwritten policies online. The digital customer space has generated 4 million TND (1.4 million USD) of turnover in less than two years. The turnover evolution rate for 2021 is 14%.

For the year 2022, BH Insurance is planning to develop other innovations namely:

  • additional services such as affinity insurance
  • a micro-insurance policy adapted to the needs of people living in rural areas
  • an application to connect customers with professionals: plumbers, garage owners, etc.
