Boeing 737 MAX expected to return to Europe in early 2021

air safetyLess than a week after the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) validated improvements to the Boeing 737 MAX, its European counterpart announced a possible return of the single-aisle aircraft to Europe. The date for flight resumption is scheduled for early 2021.

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) states that it will conduct its own tests on this type of aircraft in cooperation with the FAA and the manufacturer.

In the same way as in the United States, simulator training will be mandatory for 737 MAX pilots.
