Brokerage, a booming sector

Unlike the business of insurance agents, brokerage is booming. Premiums drained by their activity show an increase of 28% compared to 2009 at 4.8 billion USD. Brokers’ income rose by 33% at almost 675 million USD while profits are jumping by 62% at 87 million USD.
