CAAR is expecting a 5% increase in its 2018 turnover

The Compagnie Algérienne d’Assurance et de Réassurance (CAAR) is expecting a 2018 profit up by 5% compared to that of 2017 which amounted to 850 million DZD (8.4 million USD). Turnover is also estimated upwards by 4 to 5% for the current year.

These two indicators are in line with the new 2017-2021strategic development plan. The latter's objective is to strengthen the position of the company whose production slowed down during the last years.

In 2017, CAAR achieved a turnover of 15 154 million DZD (130.7 million USD), an increase of 0.47% compared to 15 082 million DZD (136 million DZD) recorded in 2016.
